Pros

- I find the work to be very rewarding, and since joining I've been exposed to all various tasks that have made me a better engineer, meaning the company doesn't delimit tasks or projects by seniority. - Onboarding has been one of the smoothest ones I experienced! The engineering buddy scheme is also brilliant and so so helpful. - Everybody's opinion is valued in the planning and prioritisation process. Additionally, the policy of public channels in Slack creates a culture of transparency and enables agility at all levels. - There is a great focus on having a work-life balance and building a culture of diversity and inclusion: everybody is treated with respect, and the people at Rasa come from a wide range of diverse backgrounds. Most recently, all the teams went through Allyship workshops to raise awareness of power and privilege factors and how to conduct ourselves our allies in different scenarios. Moreover, the company evaluates itself on DEI initiatives by having a DEI company objective. - No question is silly and everybody is very helpful! Asking questions is proactively encouraged, as well as changing or improving processes. - We have regular knowledge sharing sessions among Engineering and Research and among the core benefits are having an annual personal development budget and 6 paid education days

Cons

Being a remote first company in the corona times, means I haven't had the chance to meet my colleagues in person yet. However, the team puts a lot of effort in creating a sense of belonging at Rasa through various online events (non-mandatory), non-work channels and offsites every 6 months (although these have been online during the pandemic).

Pros

Where do I begin? First, the culture is top-notch. They actually CARE. Second, the tech WORKS. There is a reason so many people attend Rasa events and put stickers on their laptops. People want to know what Rasa is up to and where the tech is going. The job is great and the work extremely interesting.

Cons

I truly cannot think of any.

Pros

No better time to work in the AI industry than now. As an employee for Rasa for 2.5 years now, I can say that I have had a great experience and really enjoy the people I work with. If you aren't afraid of rolling your sleeves up, being flexible, and making an impact then Rasa offers a great place to work. The flexibility and work-life balance has been great, especially being someone who has a young family (this can require more flexibility at times). Rasa seems to be on a solid path of growth and continued innovation. I would say it's a great time to join and be a part of the journey,

Cons

Like most startups, priorities can change frequently and rapidly. Therefore, it is important to be adaptable and flexible. Particularly in the AI industry, where there have been numerous changes over the past year, presenting both new opportunities and challenges.
