This company does not pay employee salaries on time. My salary for the last month is still pending even after completing all assigned work and following up multiple times. Management avoids giving clear answers or timelines regarding payments. This reflects extremely poor ethics and lack of respect for employees. I strongly advise anyone considering joining to think twice and verify payment history before accepting an offer. Salary non-payment is a serious issue here. Employees are expected to work, but salaries are delayed or withheld without proper communication. Financial commitment toward employees appears to be missing. This is not a reliable workplace.

It my pleasure to work in this Company, Rashmitha has a strong roots of technological stack, Very Good Company to work, There are innovative projects and good customer relationship, It gives good opportunities to those who can work with devotion and timings. Company has strong ethics of commitments to pay in terms of salaries and arrears, it has even supported all the staff during the covid lock downs by paying the salaries, There were some struggling times for projects interrupted but the staff are paid full salaries.

Company has a standard policies in terms of Attendance and Punctuality, This is good for the staff to develop the timely doing the tasks.
