Fair bit of work lined up and apprentices learn a fair bit if working with a good tradesperson.
Cons
Don’t care much about employees. Bosses are money focused and you’ll meet your fair share of unfriendly and condescending people in the company. A lot of difficult people to work with. Labour force has a lot of NECA and army apprentices. Management focuses on who they like rather than who is good for the job
