They pay you in crypto so you are responsible for your taxes, they are registered as a US company and they don't pay taxes in Argentina or any other country they hire talent. Management team lacks experience, they are arrogant and they believe they know everything, but they just focus on deliverables without any quality whatsover on the things that are being built. When you raise concerns they start looking at ways to get rid of you, if they don't like what you say you will probably be fired. You only have PTO once you reach 6 months working but also you have to be in good terms with your PM or Principal. No career path or ways to advance on the company, only those who built rapport with the CEO or the C level can progress.
