I haven't come across any cons in my (admittedly short) time here!

Some talented individual contributors. Interesting clients and industries. Remote flexibility

Constant leadership changes with no clear direction; priorities shift weekly. Company is not profitable and has no consistent pipeline, making job security unstable. High turnover. People burn out or leave quickly, leaving gaps in client service. Leadership is more focused on chasing shiny ideas than building sustainable processes. Lack of accountability and strategy results in constant fire drills.
