      Pros

      Owner and administration is very respectful and professional. This company strives to be a very safe and ethical practice. Employees are valued and their voices are always heard. Employee morale and retention are high, with turnover being low. An emphasis is always placed on growth - individually and as an entire practice. Truly most employees feel they are part of a family here, and take great pride in their work and maintaining the success of the practice.

      Small enough to feel like a quality team. Everyone works well together and Dr. Raval is very down to earth and easy to work with.

      for me the drive is far but that's really it.

      Pros

      Raval Facial Aesthetics has been my home for the past 6 years. Working for a company that strives for honesty and integrity has been something I pride myself in being a part of. The management and staff have been like family, everyone is so personable, caring, and genuine. That same attitude transmits to patient care. Every employee truly takes their time to meet the needs and concerns of the patients. I love my job BECAUSE OF the environment and the people I get to work beside.
