Pros
Culture is at the core of the company still. Even after 10 years. The things that matter to the employees still matter to the founders.
Cons
The company decided to ensure no one would be layed off during covid and the crashes. This meant growing slightly slower than they could. It paid off though as the rest of our industry had lay-offs.
