None at all, they will treat you like gold until they make enough money off of you.
Cons
C - Level exec and owner have never worked in the Industry prior, Never booked a load or onboarded a customer but will preach how to do so. Every other week is subject to change depending on their mood. Never know when the next man out is, No remote work but more employees overseas remote than in office. No company culture, no outings, just more more more money and customers onboarded for another pizza party. The actual culture that was there was all fired or left, constantly walking on eggshells even if you are doing well. Preach family but thrown out the window as soon as there is no upside in you or they have squeezed every last penny in commission from you. Can openly see the favoritism on the floor.
