Pros
If you show up every day on time. They will keep you employed. Raven Mechanical has employees who have been there for 20+ years. I have even seen a few plumbers that probably shouldn't have a license but they are there every day have there tools and give some kind of effort. Raven will keep them employed giving them a chance to step up there talent as licensed plumbers. Also Raven will finish a job even if they dont profit, which creates a great atmosphere on the job for its employees.
Cons
They dont pay well. Forman Project Managers,and office managers dont receive percentage of profits from completed work. Bonuses are set amounts now. Which makes it fair, sometimes you have to bid jobs to the penny to keep work going you dont get much of a bonus from those jobs
