      1. Friendly Environment to work and I have been part of Raven360 for seven years 2. Managers help build your career in the right direction 3. No Micromanagement 4. Work + Life = Stressfree life 5. Well-deserved compensation 6. Welcoming all new ideas and innovative thoughts. 7. Top-level management is easily accessible.

      Pros

      Great leadership that is taking the company in the right direction and doing big things. As an AM it's important to represent a good product where customers are happy the vast majority of the time. My accounts and I get great support from our Customer Support and engineering teams.

      Cons

      Until recently there weren't always defined processes for some things making it hard to know what to do in some situations but that has been more defined and its going well.

      Constantly changing the name. Not a lot of professional development support.
