      Pros

      The best thing about working here is definitely the people – smart, collaborative, and supportive colleagues who make day-to-day work enjoyable and motivating. The company builds truly innovative products that make you feel like you’re contributing to something meaningful. There’s also a strong culture of support and development, with plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and grow in your career. Personally, I’ve grown in my career in ways I could never have imagined, and I continue to see lots of opportunities for my future here.

      Like any growing company, things move fast and can change quickly, so adaptability is key.

      Pros

      - You work with great people who are willing to help you when you ask - The product is decent - Nice little office in downtown Manhattan

      Cons

      - New York office feels like a startup compared to Spain HQ - Onboarding material is outdated - Everyone on your team is probably getting paid something differently, even though everyone is doing the same job - Terrible follow-up when teams ask for help (especially with things that are needed to do the job) - Upper management will change things every week & not follow up like promised to see how things are - They had a head start on financial AI research & yet their product is nowhere near as good as competitors - NO SEVERANCE when you're laid off
