Pros

Nice location, free snacks, and breakfast.

Cons

They cannot keep their employees, either because people leave or they get fired. Big Data is a failed project; nobody wants to invest in it, yet they keep pushing it and advertising it like they are the next Meta. I will be surprised if this company is still active a year from now.

Pros

- You work with great people who are willing to help you when you ask - The product is decent - Nice little office in downtown Manhattan

Cons

- New York office feels like a startup compared to Spain HQ - Onboarding material is outdated - Everyone on your team is probably getting paid something differently, even though everyone is doing the same job - Terrible follow-up when teams ask for help (especially with things that are needed to do the job) - Upper management will change things every week & not follow up like promised to see how things are - They had a head start on financial AI research & yet their product is nowhere near as good as competitors - NO SEVERANCE when you're laid off
