Terrible leadership - Teacher Rawson Saunders School Employee Review

The facilities are a joke and certainly don’t reflect the exceptionally high tuition. There’s no clear salary structure and people are paid inconsistently. The leadership is terrible, across the board. Head of school is a control freak and doesn’t allow anyone to do their job without micromanaging. It’s incredibly inefficient and results in a total lack of plan or vision- everything they do is reactionary. HoS is an alcoholic who regularly gets wasted at staff parties and says inappropriate things to employees. She is vindictive and if you get on her bad side she will treat you like dirt before firing you. She fixates on minor problems and teachers she doesn’t like to the detriment of the rest of the school. She also fixates on students and has kicked out several students who were on scholarship for infractions that rich kids don’t get kicked out for. I could go on forever about the astounding behavior of the head of school. The high turnover rate should speak volumes.
