Pros
The job does not require honesty professionalism or punctuality.
Cons
Employees in the quick lube department are expected to work 40 hours per week but management have devised a way to ensure that they are not paid for 40 hours. The "shop clock" system is designed to rob employees of nearly half the 40 hours that they think that they are promised. The only way to exceed the usual 25 hours of pay for 40 hours of work, is to work past 40 hours. Overtime pay is completely non-existent regardless of exceeding 40 hours in a work week. Management offers promotions and pay raises but then after weeks and months pass by, it becomes obvious that the offers were lies and this will be the only reward for those that have fought hard enough to deserve promotion.
