I need to write a book for it... No variable Pay,No Last Month Salary,No Hike.. Each and every client are cheated. They have lost lot of clients due to this. Company runs in master slave configuration.. It will be the worst decision of your life if you join or Do Business with this Organisation. Pls talk to ex- employees before joining this organisation.
