One of the worse company to work for - Senior Software Engineer Ray Business Technologies Employee Review

I may not be the first person to write the review but I will definitely be the first person to tell god how badly people are treated here. No Job Security, bad management, bad leadership team, office politics and worse HR team.. is what you can find in the each and every review on all places but the real problem here is the MD has thinks he is doing a favour in keeping 100 employees and yells at everyone for no good reason and the worse is L1 team they are just puppets and surviving there because they can’t get jobs anywhere outside and just know how to be good girls and boys of management. The whole company is only about gossips from watchman to MD.
