Pros

There is absolutely nothing good about this company.

Cons

The owner is an ego maniac, narcissistic, money hungry, micro-manager who does not care about his employees in any sense of the word. If you are a driver looking for a job, DO NOT GO HERE. He will raise your escrow, deduct money from your account, charge you for accident repair instead of submitting it to insurance, etc. He will promise you the world and will never follow through on it. If you are an office associate, be prepared to have your salary cut in half with no explanation and have that change in salary back dated to work done under the previous pay scale. The atmosphere in the office is tense and fearful because the owner, James "Jay" Wallis, will yell, degrade, talk down to, and throw things just because he's in a bad mood or something didn't go his way.

Pros

Big culture shift over the past two years. The new ownership is supportive, serious about growth, and flexible/understanding on personal matters. Genuinely wouldn't rather be anywhere else.

Cons

The warehouse can be grueling in the summer with the heat, but the fans help.

Pros

- Decent pay - Decent hours - Middle management is good and really tries but often ignored/overruled by owner - Most of the hourly staff don't have to work nights or weekends. In at 8 and our at 5 with a lunch.

Cons

- Crappy benefits - Owner has no tact and doesn't respect others - Hire temps that make as much or more than current staff - High turnover - Because of high turnover other employees are often asked to do additional work or change their jobs for long periods of time with out additional compensation - The owner doesn't intentionally lie. He just doesn't remember what was said so he acts to suit his opinion at that moment. - Owner constantly trash talks former staff, clients and even current employees
