As an intern, my time was short lived, but that didn't stop Raydon from providing me with the resources and training required to make lasting contributions. Frequent meetings are held to keep all of the departments on track and on the same page. Scheduling and delegation is well managed to ensure that employees aren't overloaded and tasks are completed on time.
