I apologize for the delay in response as our account was not yet activated until today. Thank you for the feedback regarding your time with the Raymond-Hadley Corp. I agree that one of our greatest strengths are our people and our commitment to providing a quality product. I feel that another one of our greatest strengths is maintaining a family business atmosphere as we grow. I am sorry to hear that our devotion to family is a negative takeaway from your time with the Raymond-Hadley Corp. One of my goals for the company from the start has been to transform our definition of family from the literal definition of those directly related to our ownership to that of the entire Raymond-Hadley Corp. family as a whole, which I consider to be all of our co-workers. Unfortunately, changing an organization's culture takes time. I believe we have made significant progress with regards to protecting the family business atmosphere while simultaneously holding all co-workers, regardless of relation to our ownership, to the same standards of performance and professionalism we need to continue our impressive growth. We value all feedback, especially candid, as it is critical to our ongoing mission of continuous improvement. I agree that during the time period in which your review was written there was an inexcusable disconnect between my vision and expectation of management and our supervisor's level of respect and equal treatment for all of our co-workers and the reality that our co-workers, yourself included, experienced. While this was an extremely disappointing time period along our growth journey, I have taken feedback similar to yours and used it to make the necessary changes to help improve the level of mutual respect for our people at all levels of the organization. I can say with confidence that we have taken very positive strides and are a much different organization now than we were just 1 year ago. Thank you for your feedback, it is very much appreciated.
