We value all feedback, especially candid, as it is critical to our ongoing mission of continuous improvement.
I agree that during the time period in which your review was written there was an inexcusable disconnect between my vision and expectation of management and our supervisor's level of respect and equal treatment for all of our co-workers and the reality that our co-workers, yourself included, experienced. While this was an extremely disappointing time period along our growth journey, I have taken feedback similar to yours and used it to make the necessary changes to help improve the level of mutual respect for our people at all levels of the organization. I can say with confidence that we have taken very positive strides and are a much different organization now than we were just 1 year ago.
