I agree that one of our greatest strengths are our people and our commitment to providing a quality product. I feel that another one of our greatest strengths is maintaining a family business atmosphere as we grow.
I am sorry to hear that our devotion to family is a negative takeaway from your time with the Raymond-Hadley Corp. One of my goals for the company from the start has been to transform our definition of family from the literal definition of those directly related to our ownership to that of the entire Raymond-Hadley Corp. family as a whole, which I consider to be all of our co-workers. Unfortunately, changing an organization's culture takes time.
I believe we have made significant progress with regards to protecting the family business atmosphere while simultaneously holding all co-workers, regardless of relation to our ownership, to the same standards of performance and professionalism we need to continue our impressive growth.
