Pros

I have met some genuinely good people during my time at the company — people who are willing to share their knowledge, help you grow, and are generally friendly.

Cons

The pay is low and the benefits are underwhelming regardless of the plan you choose. There are no dedicated sick leave days — any time taken for health reasons is deducted from PTO, which is ironic given the company has been awarded recognition for workplace mental health. Flexible and hybrid work arrangements exist but are applied selectively, creating an unequal environment where some employees enjoy that privilege while others are excluded. The company prioritizes clients over its own people — employees have reported being expected to work overtime without compensation, and some teams have experienced micromanagement to the point of being questioned for stepping away from their desk for as little as 12 to 20 minutes. It’s Wealth Management Firm that don’t provide neither with requested equipment, - no budged.

The pay is better than most 2nd or 3rd level positions. The benefits like 401k match, yearly bonuses, stock purchase programs etc are amazing.

Cons

It is NONSTOP phone calls on most days and they are pretty strict about metrics
