      It's a pretty big firm with opportunities and it's ran quite well.

      Cons

      Salary isn't great and how much you'll enjoy your work and opportunities depend on your manager. There are definitely some favoritism among some management staff.

      Pros

      The pay is better than most 2nd or 3rd level positions. The benefits like 401k match, yearly bonuses, stock purchase programs etc are amazing.

      It is NONSTOP phone calls on most days and they are pretty strict about metrics
