If you don't have any other job, work here till you get a better one. Nothing is good here.
Cons
- They pay extremely low salaries. Expect people to come to the office with that low pay. They are cash poor, They arbitrarily reject expenses by giving frivolous reasons. - Company culture revolves around VPs and SVPs as if they are the supreme leader. Especially Canadian Chief Compliance Officer considers himself as a supreme leader. - No importance is given to compliance work. They treat it as a clerical job. Regulatory compliance is a joke here. They work to please IT and business.
