Pros

Nice campus. You essentially work inside an art museum. Art is everywhere - and the company supports it. The vast majority of employees are helpful and try hard to work out problems. The company is finally starting to grow up a bit and start to formalize previously ad-hoc processes and controls. Generally positive and flexible work environment. If you can get over the lower pay and politics, I think it's a good place to be for a while.

Cons

Recent changes in management have left many folks worried about their roles and their jobs. Additional changes made to organizational structure have led many people to leave for greener pastures. Favoritism and politics rule the day among management when determining promotions and raises. Pay is generally low to average if you are not a financial advisor. Expect lowball offers. This leads to difficulty in finding and retaining top talent, which creates a revolving door in certain departments.
