Pros
Company leadership is very strong. Very ethical company with good morals and excellent decision-making.
Cons
Southfield Michigan location has few chances for advancement in IT. Corporate office in Florida has many, many more opportunities. IT leadership has changed over the last 3 years and with it the culture has dramatically changed. It isn't a coincidence the company dropped off the ComputerWorld's 100 Best Places to Work in IT. Upper management is dominated by NY managers who have less regard for people than results
