Pros
They really do care about keeping their employees happy. They have many employee events, contests, etc. Their dedication to "family" is unprecedented. Best company I have ever worked for.
Cons
Sometimes there can be miscommunication between departments. Just depends on who you talk to in each department. You can get different answers to questions depending on the person.
