Pros
Most of the people that work there are pretty good at their jobs, they were truly apologetic about the round of layoffs, you probably will not find a better firm for work life balance
Cons
Super conservative, Some senior people have been there forever and are not open to change. Management has also promoted people based on tenure instead of merit which leads to conflict with newer associates, nepotism is also evident
