Pros
RJ has a small business feel to it, even after it has doubled in size. Most departments understand Work/Life balance and the level of work is just right.
Cons
It is still a few years behind the larger firms, but that is expected. There have been many changes in middle management and tons of new hires, which has caused the culture to change slightly.
