      Because tech got so outdated most efforts are on new development using the latest tech. There's investment in technology and lots of smart people to work with. It's a good time to be here, and I'm learning a lot. I have the best tools to work with. Business is unit is strong.

      Cons

      Some are tainted by the way RJ used to be.
