Pros
Once you are established it is difficult to get fired and the company rarely ever goes through lay offs. Work/life balance is also very good in comparison to a typical NYC shop.
Cons
Can be difficult to move in research to a full analyst. Pay is very sub par as a management tries to take advantage of people who do not want to live in NYC.
