Pros
Good Compensation and very quick on-boarding process. Very good computer and telephony equipment. The ability to undock laptop and walk to meetings is excellent.
Cons
Very bad group politics and coworker sabotage. Use of consultant resources and funding for other resources makes consultants look bad even though it's completely out of their control.
