Pros
Education, work life balance, growth opportunity. The people I work with helped me get up and running quickly. Questions are answered openly and honestly, I feel comfortable working here. Excellent long term benefits for anyone seeking a solid stable career.
Cons
Pay seems to be on the low end for my skill. This is not entirely the fault of the company. I wasn't sure where my skill would line up with the rest of the team. Now that I see, I am definitely feeling under valued. Senior management also seems disconnected.
