Not much growth space, dont value loyal employees as much as lateral hires, HR can make or break your career- if you are in their good books, you'll get timely promotions & good hikes, otherwise you are stuck, manufacturing side of the business has an orthodox work culture. New CEO Mr. Behl thinks he's Modi- promises the world to you in townhalls & wont follow up on them. Not open to suggestions, very autocratic, has chucked out all senior management who could oppose him and his ideas. Work culture deteriorated to just obeying the commands that the CEO/ PMO passes down, lock your brains away & forget about job satisfaction. Overstaffed, they lack focus, company has no patience to support new businesses and leave them hanging only to shut them down soon till the next CEO comes & revives it as his own idea.
