Pros

It is in a great location, the theatre is nice to look at.

Cons

If you want to keep your license, then it is a better idea to not work here. Physician and CEO want to save money, and cut corners which compromises patient safety. If you care to make changes to do the right thing, be prepared to work 90+ hours a week (includes nights and weekends without extra comp); Labor laws don't seem to apply here as well as The Joint Commission/CMS standards. Need proof? Be a secret shopper.

Pros

It is close to home, no traffic and commute is only 10 minutes. It is a beautiful facility and close to many wonderful restaurants.

Cons

The previous comment made by a current employee has a few discrepancies, and must have been made in haste. Firstly, "professional" is misspelt...ironically. Secondly, if there are no cons for a year, what do you consider "positive changes"? Why fix what is not broken? There are cons to every company, whether it's a major or minor issue, and could be triggered by a personality, ethical, political etc. Here is a con to consider: NOT having CMS or Joint Commission accreditation since November 2017. This was when it was revoked because this surgery center REFUSED TO FOLLOW COMPLIANCE RULES AND REGULATIONS! Surgery centers can only can accept cash payments, or those final, lingering private insurance companies who will follow suit and revoke if they haven't already at this point. Accreditation is important because it not only showcases the high standards and commitment to quality patient care, but also that's where the revenue is made for the surgery center, and this income (ideally!) is put toward safe patient care.
