The company owners are people-oriented; they put value to the company's human resources. While this is a family corporation, they respect hierarchies and do not push their way around. They handle their dealings professionally and in accordance with sound corporate practices.
Cons
Like any organization, Rayomar has its share of internal politicizing, elbow jousting for proximity to the owners, favoritism is almost indiscernible but you know that it does exist.
