      Easy Job, Simple work environment. Great worklife balance

      Cons

      Not a lot of room to grow or compensation. Encountered casual mysogony and racism in work place setting. The average age of the work force is higher compared to other companies.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
