      Relaxed work environment If you are looking for a challenge you have to go and seek it out otherwise you can fall through the crack and not do much.

      Pros

      Great entry level company. You will learn a lot on the job. There is a lot of opportunity for career movement.

      Cons

      Slow-paced (could be a pro for some people) Lots of "red-tape" / paperwork Management is questionable. Couldn't land prime contracts and over committed on some proposals. This led to massive layoffs.
