The mission, people, and technology are fantastic. In my opinion, nothing is more exciting than the platforms we get to work on and the mission we support. Local leaders are great and echo this passion.
Cons
The UTC merger has ruined heritage Raytheon culture. An environment that used to be patriotic and full of pride for the mission of defending freedom across the globe has now become full of distractions as corporate leaders tailor messaging to the news cycles.
