Cons

-The company takes employees’ original certificates/documents and does not return them unless resigned, creating pressure to remain employed. -A significant number of employees have resigned due to a toxic and unhealthy work environment. -Employees are terminated without prior notice, warnings, or any formal performance review or improvement process. -Employees are required to work extreme hours on multiple days each month, including shifts starting around 10 AM and continuing until 6 AM the following day. -Sick leave requests are denied, weekend work is expected, and employees are not permitted to leave the office before late evening (commonly after 8 PM). -Technical employees are managed and evaluated by individuals who lack sufficient technical or AI knowledge. Technical decisions, project evaluations, and judgments are made without understanding core concepts, tools, or workflows. -Unrealistic deadlines are imposed with demands for immediate completion, without consideration of technical complexity or feasibility. -Employees are required to provide constant status updates despite the absence of proper progress tracking, planning, or documentation processes. -Work and technical contributions are not acknowledged, and credit for completed work is frequently attributed to others. -Communication expectations are excessive, including demands for constant reporting even when team members are physically present in the same workspace. -Employees have been dismissed abruptly despite receiving normal or positive interactions earlier the same day. -The CEO provides exaggerated and inaccurate information about employee salaries to clients. -Sometimes work is not related to domain you're assigned to.

Pros

No pros for this company, please REFRAIN YOURSELVES FROM ENTERING INTO THIS COMPANY EVEN IF YOU HAVE ONLY SINGLE OFFER. Its a trap................................................................................

Cons

strongly advise against joining this organization. The work culture is extremely toxic and demotivating. One of the key issues is the lack of competent leadership. A manager named Vinay, who lacks a strong educational and technical background, leads the team. His technical approach relies heavily on copying outputs from online language models rather than applying any real domain expertise or critical thinking. He listerally has 0 skills. There aree more like Vinays in the organisation Employees are frequently asked to work on weekends without any regard for work-life balance. Moreover, the projects assigned are poorly defined, lack long-term value, and do not offer any meaningful learning or career growth. The overall environment is disorganized, with little to no regard for employee well-being or professional development.
