1. Great work-life balance 2. Some of the most understanding management I have ever known. 3. Good compensation 4. Product has a lot of potential
Cons
1. Bad engineering practices, the engineers are not as skilled or motivated which results in a non-scalable codebase. 2. Bad engineering culture. (No innovation) 3. Hiring process (for engineers / developers) is very bad and is prone to bad hires. 4. HR is non existent and only there for wishing birthdays. Could take some effort and organize culture building events or games.
