Pros

Re-Leased is filling a niche in the commercial proptech space that doesn’t otherwise exist today. The company is on track to scale exponentially over the next couple years into the enterprise space and the culture makes the journey that much more exciting.

Cons

Remote communication can be tough at times with important roles all over the globe. They also need to move quicker with hiring more people because everyone tends to stretch themselves a bit too far.
