The benefits package is bad. I don't know anyone who actually opted into them. Having to ask questions is worse. HR will blatantly ignore you, even when you cc higher ups on emails. (especially if you are a woman.) You can literally have a near death experience, and all they will say is "when are you coming back to work." Literally zero other communication. This company is awful at managing people. Any rare communication that does come through will not be directed to the most qualified person, but rather to the man. They offer zero support, zero answers and have zero value for their female employees. (And little for their male employees, but at least some)
They are trying to force a business model that doesn't work for the demographic they do business in and made it abundantly clear that money is the only thing that matters. True in business, but very disheartening to see so aggressively applied in healthcare.
IT will take months to address issues
Accounting will ignore bills until services are shut off.
Be ready to be a jack of all trades if you work here. I realize every location is different, but core values remain the same
