1. Working every day stretch like 4-8 hrs extra on top 9 hrs documented Work hours. 2. After project completion management force to take annual leaves for a month or more, if no annual leaves Loss of pay. 3. Lots of politics, if finish work before time, will get another colleague's pending task so he can leave on time. 4. Saturday on document holiday but, it is also working but no food or extra leave. 5. If you are local using same language as sup's then you are good asset for company even if you cant fix any problem. 6. No increments.
