ReFocus has good benefits and competitive pay. Good executive management. Our providers are able to continue to see patients the way they want to. Internal management has a say in how the office is managed to an appropriate extent.

Role outs of new procedures can be a little rocky, but the executive team is available to work with you post role out to ensure success.

The benefits are good & they work hard to make it a reasonable cost, the accrual for time off is fair and they seem to be working on more consistent Merit raises yearly

The standardizing of all policies is difficult and often makes the patients and staff unhappy which creates a tough environment to work in. I feel like we are spending a lot of time speaking to our patients about money and not care. The amount of patients we are expected to see isn’t feasible
