Pros

Great colleagues, ranging from junior to lead levels. We have a very supportive team culture and everyone is always willing to help each other out. A lot of camaraderie within the team, and the work environment can be really positive when working with peers.

Cons

Benefits have become essentially meaningless. There's no more free lunch, and the medical benefits, which were supposed to be pay-and-claim, are difficult to get reimbursed. Some staff who resigned have yet to receive their pending claims. The base salary is regularly delayed. There have been delays of at least 1 month for most employees, and some senior staff have had their salary delayed for 2 to 4 months. EPF, Tax, Socso, and EIS contributions are being deducted from our payslips, but none of the payments are actually being made to the respective agencies. This is a serious red flag for financial security. The management lacks clear direction. There's inconsistency where on one hand, they express a desire to keep pushing forward and signing new projects, yet on the other hand, they don't pay staff on time and expect employees to remain loyal. The lack of financial stability and communication from management creates frustration.

Cons

My time at ReGov Technologies was deeply frustrating and disappointing. The management is incredibly poor—they lack proper leadership skills and decision-making capabilities. There’s a toxic culture of saying “yes” to everything without any realistic plan to deliver. Promises are made constantly, but deadlines are missed, and clients and employees are left to pick up the pieces. Project timelines are completely unrealistic, often rushed and poorly thought out. There’s little to no proper planning, and resources are not allocated efficiently, leading to unnecessary stress and burnout. Employees are expected to work under pressure with impossible deadlines, all while management refuses to address the root of the problem. To make matters worse, the HR department is led by a manipulative individual who prioritizes control over employee welfare. On top of that, there are serious financial issues within the company—they failed to pay EPF contributions and taxes properly, which is a huge red flag for anyone considering joining. Overall, this company is disorganized and financially unstable. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a professional and supportive work environment to look elsewhere. Proceed with caution. And they always delete bad reviews about them on glassdoor. Oh and you basically only have rm1000 medical claim yearly. Which they won’t even give the money to you once claimed.
