Cons
This company is run by a man who has absolutely no regard for women. Just one single employee has been favored, and the director of the company has been making important decisions with a biased employee who does no work besides sitting for interviews and micromanaging interns under her. It was a 3-month internship where I worked for three months to hire a replacement since no one here gets a pre-placement offer until and unless the female employee succumbs to the personal jokes made by the CEO solely for his sadistic pleasure. The CEO has been posting fake reviews on GlassDoor. Also, something important to note is that only female candidates are hired; there is no place for another man in this cave of a company owned by an immoral CEO.
