      Pros

      You get paid a very bottom end hourly salary and they keep all the rest of the money from the company you/they work at.

      Cons

      Low ball the salary, tell you they are going to help you and do nothing. They will not give you time and a half for overtime and try to make you “exempt” which I believe is illeagel in NC.
