Pros
Culture is a long way removed from the usual recruitment call times and pointless work, focused on developing and nurturing customers. Great culture with a realistic and flexible approach to your working life. The company strategy has been clearly pushed down from the board and is ingrained in the business. It is a great place to work and I couldn't see myself working anywhere else.
Cons
In the past the company have perhaps been too outward focusing, however with the de-listing from AIM the company is really focused on internal processes and improving life for our employees.
