It was good of times, it was the worse of times - Warehouse Associate ReVend (NC) Employee Review

Pay is decent and OT is good at busy season. Benefits are bare minimum Medical, dental and vision. Can wear jeans/shorts and t-shirts. Work is not hard to do just an awkward layout of an ecommerce warehouse.

Hours are long and can change quickly during busy seasons. Many 6 and 7 day work weeks. No heat or Ac in the warehouse. Wear coats and gloves all day in winter (measured as low as 29 degrees) You can see your breath when its cold. Shorts and t-thirts in heat of summer.(measured as high as 120 degrees) This is a multi level building and elevators are down daily making it difficult to get any job done in the required amount of time. No concern for employee safety or cleanliness of the work environment. Bats and birds are inside the building flying while you are working especially during bat season or in the spring summer for birds. Employees in the warehouse are pulled to do all the dirty work / cleaning up for stream teams and auctions when the site is getting visitors or investors walking through for tours. Upper management has no clue how long it takes to do any task that needs to be completed, very unrealistic goals and timelines that set everyone up for failure from the start. So... only if you are desperate and can handle these issues better than I could.
