I left my role after 12+ Years and did not even receive a email or phone call from senior management. Not a thanks for sticking with us through the tough times, nothing. Senior management do not care about staff & only care how they are perceived. Extremely toxic environment Multiple months where pay was not received in full or on time Do not appreciate staff & over work staff. 2 Pay rises in 12+ years & 0 Career opportunities
